The machine works well. I bought some other machines that leaked with nebulizing but this one does not. It stays dry. Replacement parts are available. The replacement bottles are way too high, but at least they’re available. I personally like to store scents in the bottles and just change out the bottles instead of emptying a bottle and refilling it with a different fragrance. I would like it if they would make their empty replacement bottles cheaper, I would buy a lot more.
I like the way the reservoir device opens, just press a button, and it pops up. You don’t have to worry about losing a magnet or a key with this device.
The phone app works well. The timer does not require a bunch of resetting on a daily basis like some others. The press point is relatively good.

I've tried everything to get my house to smell good. Candles, expensive oil lamp things, plug ins. I finally decided to give this unit a try. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 stinky boys (husband &son) The day I came home after setting the unit up, I literally was in heaven. No. It is not necessary to clean the bottle. About 5 minutes after the scent has been changed, you will smell the new fragrance. But in case you need to clean anything on the system or in the bottle, please ONLY use rubbing alcohol.
If you set the system to run from 8-10 hours/day on a middle intensity level the scent bottle will last approximately for a month. But the exact length of time may vary depending on the settings you have on.
