Cold-air diffusion is the technology used by luxury five-star hotels worldwide to create their signature scent experiences. It works by using cold, filtered air to atomize fragrance oil into ultra-fine nano-particles — dispersing a dry, invisible mist of pure scent throughout your space.
Unlike ultrasonic or heat-based diffusers, cold-air diffusion uses no water and no heat. This means the fragrance stays pure, potent, and chemically unchanged — no residue, no dilution, no damage to your interiors. Just clean, consistent, hotel-quality fragrance exactly as it was crafted.
Cold-air diffusers use no heat and no water — they atomize pure fragrance oil into a dry mist of nano-particles using cold, filtered air. This preserves the full integrity of the fragrance and fills larger spaces more evenly and effectively.
Ultrasonic diffusers use water and vibration to create a visible steam mist — this dilutes the fragrance, leaves moisture in the air, and doesn't perform well in larger spaces. Heat-based diffusers destroy the therapeutic benefits of the oils entirely.

Our TMS 100, TMS 100 Pro WiFi, TMS 300 Pro WiFi, and TMS 1000 Pro WiFi also come with an additional HVAC nozzle, allowing you to connect the unit directly to your HVAC system via a hose — distributing fragrance evenly through every room via your ductwork.
All four HVAC-compatible models also feature a built-in fan that distributes scent more evenly throughout the space when used as standalone units — giving you powerful, consistent coverage without any installation.
Standalone is ideal for homes and smaller commercial spaces where you want immediate, flexible scenting. HVAC installation is ideal for larger properties, hotels, and businesses that want seamless, whole-property fragrance coverage with no visible unit in the room.
Yes — our HVAC diffusers work with your AC, fan, or heat settings. Warm air will give a slightly stronger fragrance experience, so if using with heat we recommend turning the intensity down slightly. The fan must always be running for the fragrance to circulate — during cooler months, set your HVAC fan to the ON position (not AUTO) to ensure continuous scenting.
It depends on your model — and there's no single right answer, since intensity also varies by fragrance. A bold, rich scent like Oud Wood or Santal will fill a room faster than a light, delicate scent like French Lavender or Citrus Squeeze, even at the same settings.
The TMS LUX BT has 9 intensity levels — simply select the level that feels right for your space and preference. The TMS 100, TMS 100 Pro WiFi, TMS 300 Pro WiFi, and TMS 1000 Pro WiFi give you full control via the app — set how many seconds the diffuser runs and how many seconds it rests between cycles. For example, a medium starting point would be 150 seconds on and 120 seconds pause — then adjust up or down based on your preference.
We recommend starting at a medium setting and adjusting from there based on your personal taste. There's no formula — you're in full control. The goal is a fragrance that feels like it belongs to the space, not one that announces itself.
Place your diffuser in a central, open area of the room for the most even fragrance distribution. Avoid positioning it directly next to windows, vents, or air conditioning units where airflow may disrupt diffusion.
For wall-mounted models, position at mid-height for optimal coverage. Allow the fragrance to circulate naturally — when placed correctly, it should feel as if the scent belongs to the space, not that it's coming from a machine.
No — when the oil bottle is inside the unit, always keep the diffuser in its upright, vertical position. Laying it on its side may cause oil to leak into the internal mechanics of the unit and damage the diffuser.
Yes — for HVAC diffusers to distribute fragrance through your space, the fan must always be running. During cooler months when you're not using air conditioning, set your HVAC fan to the ON position (rather than AUTO) to ensure fragrance continues to circulate throughout your home or business year-round.
Important: When your TMS 100, TMS 100 Pro WiFi, TMS 300 Pro WiFi, or TMS 1000 Pro WiFi is installed via HVAC, the built-in fan of the diffuser must be turned OFF. When connected to your HVAC system, the fragrance is distributed through your ductwork — the diffuser's own fan is no longer needed and should be disabled to ensure proper operation.
Very little — but regular cleaning every 2-3 months will significantly extend the life of your diffuser and keep each scent performing at its best.
To clean your diffuser: empty any remaining oil from the bottle, fill it with a small amount of pure alcohol (isopropyl alcohol), place it back in the unit, and let the diffuser run for a few hours. The alcohol dissolves any oil residue inside the internal components and prevents clogging. Discard the alcohol when done, refill with your preferred scent, and resume use.

Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases, counted from the date of delivery.
Diffusers: New, unused diffusers in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Used diffusers can be returned within 30 days for store credit or a partial refund — a 30% restocking fee will be deducted.
Diffuser Oils: New, sealed and unopened oils can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened or used oils can be returned within 30 days for store credit or a partial refund — a 30% restocking fee will be deducted.
