It took a month for the shipment to arrive at my home (Miami to Hawaii). There were courier issues that, to this day, remain unresolved. I contacted Magic Scent's customer support team, and the product arrived in less than a week. I placed the BTS LUX unit at my home's entrance, and the aroma is phenomenal. I poured about a third of the product (70ml of Santal) into the reservoir, and the foul odor of cat urine—which used to hit me whenever I returned home after a long workday—has vanished completely. I’ve already ordered three more diffusers and some oils to give as gifts.

I ordered the TMS LUX BT diffuser in gold and am so in love with it! It is so well made, beautiful and works flawlessly. The app can be a little confusing and could use a better interface but I’ve only had to set it once and I just leave it there. We selected the Aqua Di Miami scent as our freebie and it smells SO GOOD! I have it set on level 2 and it runs intermittently from 7am to about 9:30pm. It scents my main living areas (which is what I expected for 1000sqft coverage) wonderfully. It always smells so nice when I come home. The 70ml scent bottle has lasted a month on these settings and I just placed an order for the 500ml bottle in the same scent (much cheaper to buy the big one!). I expect that to last me quite awhile. In the future I will probably add one of the smaller diffusers for my bedroom/bathroom. Really happy we chose The Magic Scent!
