Let’s just say I couldn’t wait to get my whole house diffuser. I’ve been wanting it for a long time decided to purchase it for myself for my birthday and I purchased a refurbished one unfortunately it didn’t work but like the company said refurbished ones have the same warranty as new ones, and Melissa and customer service Made it right she overnighted me a new one. It works beautifully. It smells amazing so if you’re gonna choose a diffuser, choose one that stands behind their products like this one they were amazing. Melissa was excellent and this diffuser has my entire house smelling like heaven. This is the company to go with and I’ve used quite a few of them And had problems, but this company stands behind them and the sense are amazing.
