1. SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped out of our distribution center in Miami, Florida, USA. We offer all FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING to all locations in United States.

We offer FREE shipping ONLY to the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. protectorates). If you’d like to ship outside the continental U.S., please contact us at info@themagicscent.com for special arrangements and pricing.

Shipping Time

We process all orders prior to shipment within the same day or the day after. Shipping times vary from 2-5 business days depending on your location. The closer you are to Miami, FL, the faster your order will get to you.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, except by prior arrangement.

Please note that due to an increase of demand during Black Friday and the Christmas season, shipping times may be delayed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@themagicscent.com

Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer on any International and Canadian orders. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Please note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Payment is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Customs charges can be paid by credit card or COD (cash on delivery). In case that the customs charges are not paid the order will be returned back to The Magic Scent distribution location.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT POLICY

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Afterpay payment methods.

Please be sure that the provided information for your billing address, shipping address, telephone number and etc. is correct. Any incorrect information will cause delay in processing your order.

If you pay by credit card you will be billed at the time of your order.  Once your credit card is billed we will start processing the order. But if for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order the charges will be reversed immediately to your bank account.

If for any reason your bank declines your charge, this may cause delay of your order. The Magic Scent does not have any say on your bank’s policies.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
