We stand behind our products and believe in our customer satisfaction, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Magic Scent we are here to help.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
We accept returns ONLY by mail as we strongly recommend the use of shipping carrier who is able to provide insurance and tracking number.
The Magic Scent will NOT be responsible for any lost in transit of your package.
Return for Refund:
Diffuser – New, unused scent diffusers in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. ALL used scent diffusers must be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit OR a partial refund ( 30% restocking fee will be deducted ).
Scent oil– New, sealed and unopened oils can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. ALL opened, unsealed and used fragrance oils must be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit OR a partial refund ( 30% restocking fee will be deducted).
If your return is approved for a full refund or partial refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 5-10 business day. You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The Magic Scent does not have any say on your bank’s policies.
Return for Exchange:
Diffuser– Any diffuser can be exchanged ONLY for an upgrade for bigger diffuser within 30 days of delivery. For all exchanges you will be charged 15 % restocking fee from the retail price of the current diffuser you have purchased with us.
Scent oils –Any oils can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, for another The Magic Scent oil of equal or lesser value as long as the oil bottle is sealed and unopened. Keep in mind that before you buy your oil you can always sample it. If you would like to sample any of our scents, please go to our Sample Pack and order it first. Unfortunately, once the seal is broken or the oil bottle is opened, the sale is final.
Please do NOT send back to us without first contacting our team via firstname.lastname@example.org for any return & exchange requests. This will ensure a speedy resolution.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return for refund, exchange or repair!

You must include a copy of your proof of purchase as: invoice, receipt or credit card used for that purchase. All packages received without proof of purchase will not be eligible for return & exchange!
2. ONE YEAR WARRANTY
The Magic Scent provides 1 year warranty on all technologies which are sold in our online store at www.themagicscent.com. If the technology you bought from our online store has a manufacturing defect in its plastic materials, electronics or workmanship, we will replace it at any time within 1 year from your purchase date. The warranty will take place ONLY if ANY technology has been used with our essential oils sold by our online store at www.themagicscent.com Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange or repair!
3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, and the date when the order was placed. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
3. MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDER
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any shipping charges if applicable.
4. OUT OF STOCK POLICY
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on back order. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again or to change the item for another one. Most out of stock items are in stock again within 1-3 weeks. We will do our best to inform you when your item will be back in stock when we contact you about the out of stock notification.
